Lake Nakuru and Baringo one of the world’s greatest bird spectacles, Elkarama Ranch to walk among wild game, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara, Kenya’s popular game Sanctuary.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival Nairobi Nairobi
Karibu Kenya! Our Airport Representative will meet and greet you upon arrival and escort you to the Serena Hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Nairobi - Amboseli
Early morning breakfast will be followed by departure for Amboseli National park arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, have an afternoon game viewing session with your guide in this park which lies within the shadow of the mighty Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest Mountain. Dinner and overnight at the Oltukai Lodge or similar

Day 2: Amboseli
Embark for a morning game drive where plains game namely zebra, wildebeest, giraffe and various antelopes can be seen including a large herd of Elephant and hippos that are found bathing in the swamp grounds which get their waters from Mt. Kilimanjaro. You will have lunch and leisure break at the Lodge then end with an evening game drive, looking out for the peak of Kilimanjaro which may be seen during clear weather from the observation hill. Return to the Lodge in time for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Nakuru
This morning, depart the Amboseli region for Lake Nakuru National park via Nairobi for lunch. You will have a stop at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley whose view of the valley below is splendidly panoramic. On arrival, have an extensive game drive in this park that has a fantastic array of bird life including flamingos, white pelicans, the marabou stork and other water birds, that breed in the lake’s alkaline water. Cape buffalo, white Rhino, the Rothschild giraffe and other plain game can be seen. A visit to the baboon cliff offers a scenic panorama of the lake below, surrounded by a vast tract of euphoria and acacia forest. Dinner and overnight at the Sarova Lion hill.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru - El Karama Ranch
Leave for El-Karama Ranch after breakfast. On arrival, check in and proceed for a game viewing session with your guide to return in time for lunch. In the afternoon spend at leisure and in the evening, embark for a night viewing game drive. Elephant, giraffe and antelopes can be seen in this Ranch.

Day 5: El Karama
After breakfast, have a horse riding session across the valley with an armed guide. Variety of game can be seen en route. Return to the Ranch for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: El- Karama - Island camp
Leave for Lake Baringo one of the largest fresh water lakes in Kenya. On arrival, have a tour of this Lake where more than 350 species of birds have been recorded including some that conform to a migratory pattern, as well as crocodiles and Egyptian gees which migrate all the way from western Europe. Afterwards, you will be met and greet by a representative of island Camp at the main land then transferred to island camp by boat for an afternoon stay, dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Island Camp – Lake Naivasha.
Transfer by boat to mainland where you will be met by your driver guide. Thereafter depart for Lake Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch in the Crater Lake tented camp which was the final resting place of lady DianeDelamere. In the afternoon, have a boat ride to the Crescent Island. One of the few places in Africa where you can wander on foot among herds of zebra, wildebeest, gazelle and giraffe, because of the absence of predators. After dinner, have a thrilling night game drive with an expert tracker to return back to the camp in time for a cup of coffee, tea and overnight.

Day 8: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara
Depart to the Masai Mara Game Reserve after breakfast to arrive in time for lunch. After lunch have an afternoon game drive in this park that is essentially the northern extension of Tanzania’s Serengeti national park as an artificial border separates the two. This park animal concentration is second to none and the big five can be spotted here. Mara’s landscape is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills which enables the reserve to attract sufficient rainfall to maintain and support a large population of herbivores, together with the predators that follow. Proceed to the Kichwa Tembo or similar for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Masai Mara
After breakfast have a full day of game viewing with a picnic lunch at the Hippo pool where you will have a good opportunity of spotting Hippos and crocodiles basking in the sun at a close distance. Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. This is also where the annual migration of close 800,000 zebras and wild beast takes place between the two parks in early July to September. The animals’ move as a great mass across the savannah in a follow the leader fashion in search for food and water. Return to the Camp in time for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Masai Mara - Nairobi
Have an early breakfast followed by your final game tracking with your guide, in this park that is rich in wildlife on your way back to Nairobi arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.
