Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Makassar.
Upon arrival at Hasanuddin Airport Makassar (UPG) pick up and transfer to your hotel in Makassar. During the day we will have a Makassar city tour. We will visit Fort Rotterdam, Paotere (Traditional Fish Market) and Paoterethe Buginese, Pinisi, schooner sailing boats harbor, Mr. Bundts orchids collection (famous Indonesian Orchid garden), Monument Mandala, the Tomb of Sultan Hasanuddin in Gowa and Somba Opu shopping street where you can find the famous Makassar gold. We will lunch at a local restaurant and dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
Day 2: Makassar.
After breakfast we will visit Malino and Bantimurung. Malino is a mountain resort, about 1000meter above sea level. And it has a small but nice waterfall, which called Jene Riba (Flying water). Bantimurung is a cool protected nature reserve. It is a famous place, because it has magnificent lime stones waterfalls en beautiful exotic butterflies. We will enter the parks prehistoric cave, which has magnificent hieroglyphics drawings at the walls. We will lunch at a local restaurant and at the end of the afternoon we will return to our hotel for our dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Makassar.
After our breakfast we will check out and go to our next destination. End of this program.
