Let a trip on Heron highlight your vacation. Heron will round Indian Island Lighthouse while we tell the seafaring history of Rockport Harbor and the significance of the lighthouses in the lime trade.
Your Itinerary
Day 1: 2:00 - 4:30 daily. This is a very enjoyable sail as well as an educational insight into the natural history of the Maine Coast. Depending on wind & tide we will cross the bay to the birthplace of Andre the seal-Robinson's Rock. There are dozens of Harbor Seals that call this rock home, as well as porpoise in the surrounding waters. On our return we will spot the Bald Eagles nest on Mark Island.
