The relaxed and intimate environment will give you a unique opportunity to get to know your clients on a personal level more easily than at any other corporate event. Our team will ensure that all your guests’ needs are catered for while you have your clients as a captive audience for the day. Its our aim to give you a fantastic and memorable day out - a day out that you will be thanked and remembered for.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide you with an itinerary to satisfy all your requirements. The itinerary suggestion below is by no means rigid but would, we feel, give you and your guests the maximum enjoyment and variety of experience that a one-day yacht charter can offer.

Your Itinerary:

9:00 - Meet at Port Hamble Marina and board ‘Destination Anywhere' (see Destination Anywhere for details) for welcome and breakfast. Danish pastries and bacon rolls, hot and cold beverages to include Buck’s Fizz if requested.

9:30 - Safety briefing and allocation of wet weather gear and life jackets (for use if necessary).

10:00 - Depart Hamble river and enter Solent. Sail westwards towards Beaulieu River. You and your guests can take part in activities such as helming, sail setting and navigation or simply sit back and enjoy the beautiful Solent scenery.

13:00 - Moor at Buckler’s Hard, a picturesque 18th century village on the banks of Beaulieu river in the heart of the New Forest. You may take your guests ashore for lunch at the Master Builder’s House Hotel (options include the Riverview restaurant and Terrace or the Yachtsman’s Bar and Galley, a popular venue with visiting yachtsmen) or stay on board for a buffet lunch served by the crew (see Catering for menu options).

14:30 - Depart Buckler’s Hard and enter Solent. Sail eastwards towards Hamble River. You and your guests may wish to take part in team activities including sail hoisting, setting and dropping and navigation around a set course. Alternatively, you may wish to take the opportunity to get to know your clients better during the informality of the sail back.

17:30 - Return to Port Hamble Marina for afternoon tea on board, with scones, jam and cream.

18:00 - Guests depart for a well-earned drink in one of Hamble’s beautiful pubs.

Alternative lunchtime destinations include:

West Cowes – the renowned yachting centre on the Isle of Wight, which has played host to some of the greatest international sailing events and has a sailing history second to none (see UK Calendar for further details). There is an excellent selection of public houses, bars and restaurants, all with a great atmosphere and most serving excellent food throughout the day.

Folly Inn – sail up the Medina River past Cowes and go ashore to the ‘Folly Inn’. Here there is a wide selection of hot and cold food available all day. Steaks, vegetarian dishes, infamous crew pots and specials, sandwiches and desserts. There is a spacious bar and outside terrace.

Osbourne Bay – a sheltered anchorage east of Cowes. Osbourne House, holiday residence of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, looks out over the bay from its commanding position on top of the hill. Here, you and your guests would remain on board for a buffet lunch (see Catering for menu options).

At additional cost, rigid inflatable powerboats are available to take individuals onto the water should you wish to add another adrenaline rush to the day (see RIBs for details).

If you would like to combine aspects of the different itineraries we would be more than happy to arrange this for you. For example, a buffet served on board is available at any of our lunchtime locations. Also, we can arrange for rigid inflatable powerboats to rendezvous with your yacht at any time in the day to take guests for a high-speed spin around the Solent or on a sightseeing trip up to the famous Needles at the western end of the Isle of Wight.

Notes:
Airfare is not included in the tour price.

The prices are per boat, and depends on the number of persons onboard.
