Yoga Oasis Sanctuary - a Place to Rest from the World. The tours include: natural thermal hot springs, sauna steam caves, a black sand beach, surfing, snorkeling, tide pools, Lava Tree State Park, farmers market, hiking to Green Mountain & Green Crater Lake, and we reside in Hawaii's largest conservation area. The facilities include: an expansive 1,600 square foot workshop space with 18 foot high pine beam ceilings, studio quality sound system, and a state of the art "spring" floor. Two open walls are screened with fantastic views into the jungle. We can accommodate up to 30 guests. We have an organic fruit orchid and garden which we draw from to create our sumptuous vegetarian cuisine. We are 45 minutes from Hilo Airport, and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, home of Kilauea, an active volcano that continues to add new land to the Big Island. Mostly undeveloped and untouristed, the Big Island of Hawaii still retains the rich atmosphere of old Hawaii.
Your Itinerary
Day 1 - Sunday
Arrive in the afternoon, then Soak and Swim in the Geo-thermal warm ponds. Vegetarian Dinner and Orientation. Included: (D).
Day 2 - Monday
7:00 am - Pranayama and breathing class.
8:00 - 10:00 am - Chi Hatha Yoga Class. Vegetarian Brunch. On Monday and Tuesday only: Orientation Tour of the lower Puna area of the Island. Tour includes: Pohoiki bay, Makenzie lava tube, black sand beach, lava flows, the steam vents, Pahoa town, lava tree state park, green lake and green mountain, great snorkel spots, the red road, and the warm ponds.
4:00 - 5:30 pm - Yoga class - Partner yoga, working on deeper asanas and breathing techniques. 6:00 pm - Vegetarian Dinner. Evening - Free time, movie or special event. Included: (B), (L), (D).
Day 3 - Tuesday
7:00 am - Pranayama and breathing class.

7:00 am - Pranayama and breathing class.
8:00 - 10:00 am - Kriya Yoga Class. Vegetarian Brunch and closing circle. Included: (B).
