This package offers world class fall fishing for wild rainbows and Dolly Varden during the annual sockeye salmon run. These wild, hard fighting trout range in size up to 20 pounds with lots in the 3 to 10 pound class. Spend one day on the Mitchell River, a world class river that rivals any steelhead river; one day on the creeks of the East Arm of Quesnel Lake, the world’s deepest fjord lake; and one day on the Horsefly River, a Canadian Heritage River, the prime nursery river of the legendary trout and one of the main tributaries of the Quesnel Lake watershed.

Your Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival day. Settle into our facilities, relax, unpack your gear, get your casting arm in shape, perhaps do a little fishing close by the lodge, or some exploring or beach combing. (D).

Day 2: Go by jetboat and spend the day fishing the exquisite Mitchell River. (B/L/D).

Day 3: Spend a day fishing the Horsefly River by drift boat. (B/L/D).

Days 4-5: Spend the day in the east arm of Quesnel Lake fishing the outstanding rivers, streams and inlets. This area has so many outstanding waters you won't be able to fish them all in a day. (B/L/D).

Day 6: Departure day. Over breakfast enjoy the lake views and the fish tales and vow to return to challenge the Quesnel Lake rainbows again. Say goodbye to new friends. (B).

Notes:
Airfare is not included in the tour price.

Included: Fully guided fishing, accommodations, meals, boats, motors, gas, guides, tackle, license, on site fly fishing instruction and ground transport to and from Williams Lake.
