Location: The former property of Rudolph Valentino is situated amid the cliffs above the village of Paguera and its seaside resorts. It is situated between the marinas of Palma and Andraxt - both can be reached in approximately 20 minutes - in the south east of the island. It also features a private bay for swimming as well as a landing place for boats.
Accommodation: This exceptional residence was built in the twenties for the actor Rudolph Valentino and is still owned by the family. The atmosphere of Cas Coco is most unusual. It is elegantly furnished in the Mediterranean style of the period and when light floods the rooms, an ambiance is created that makes one imagine that the former owner of this house might return at that very moment from a yacht trip with his friends.
The entire property consists of five individual buildings. The main building contains four bedrooms and large en suite bathrooms and a central living room. There is a spacious kitchen with a separate large pantry. The patio with its group of old trees and blooming plants is full of fragrance that penetrates all rooms, including the spacious terrace. There are also two houses for guests, each with two bedrooms and a large central bathroom. Most of the bedrooms also have fireplaces so that idyllic moments can be enjoyed during the tranquil months of spring and autumn. All rooms overlook the lovely sea and surrounding gardens. The spectacular private bathing bay, which can be reached by steps built into the cliffs, is screened off from the sea by a huge rock standing in the water. Additional steps in the cliffs lead to a sunny platform. The bay is highly suitable for mooring yachts.
This unique residence with its minimalist architectural style, similar to that found on Ibiza, romantic gardens and elegant, yet casual furniture, evokes its own peculiar atmosphere. Although the property is completely private and secluded, it is only a few minute to Paguera and practically around the corner from Palma and Andraxt. Countless prominent guests of this family have used Cas Coco as refuge and hideaway.
