A 25% deposit is required. Balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. If booking less than six weeks prior to arrival, the full amount must be paid to secure booking. Security deposit required.
Cancellation charges - More than 70 days before departure, no penalty. 70 – 42 days before arrival, 30% of total amount. 41 – 21 days before arrival, 70% of total amount. 20 – 10 days before arrival, 100% of total amount. Changeover day is Saturday. Check in after 3.00pm and check out no later than 10.00am. No smoking
