Ground floor: Living room with fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining room (38 seats), cloakroom, 2 toilets, table tennis.
First floor: 2 double rooms with washstand, 2 bigger bedrooms with three beds and a washstand, one room with four beds, 2 bathrooms with toilets.
Laundry machine – central heating.
It is possible to double the capacity of this lodging by opening the inner access to the other lodging: “Les Hirondelles”.

Les Coquelicots (6 to 8 pers.)
Ground floor: Living / dining room with fire place and TV, equipped kitchen, shower, toilet and cloakroom.
First floor: 1 room with 1 large bed for 2 persons - washstand - bathroom with toilet ,1 quadruple room with washstand - central heating. It is possible to add a double room.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
Tennis court on place (common for the four lodgings), marvelous cities nearby as Dinant, Namur, Durbuy, Rochefort, Han (marvelous caves), Samson's valley, a lot of possibilities of walking

Policy:
General Rental Terms

1. Use Of Rented Property
The tenant shall use the rented property in the manner intended and with all due respect. Should the actual number of occupants exceed the capacity stated in this agreement, the owner reserves the right to turn away the extra people without prior notice or to demand a compensatory fee. Any violation of this clause may lead to the immediate termination of the present contract, at the expense of the tenant, the rental fee definitively remaining the property of the owner.

2. Cancellation - Premature Departure:
Any cancellation must be notified by registered post, fax or postal courier service.
The tenant may, subject to the owner's agreement substitute any person accepting to enter into an agreement on the same terms. In this case, the deposit is considered paid by the substitute tenant.
In other cases of cancellation, the deposit (250 EUR) remains the property of the owner as compensation. This compensation shall amount to:
- 25% of the price of the stay if cancellation is made more of 31 days before the start of the stay.
- 50% of the price of the stay if cancellation is made 28 to 14 days before the start of the stay.
- 75 % of the price of the stay if cancellation is made 14 to 8 days before the start of the stay.
- 100 % of the price of the stay if cancellation is made 7 days before the start of the stay to the date of the start of the stay included.

Compensation is not due, however, in case of Acts of God.

Should the tenant not appear or react within 24 hours following the date of arrival mentioned in the agreement, the agreement shall become null and void, the deposit shall remain the property of the owner who reserves the right to demand the balance from the tenant, and the owner may use the property. The premature departure of the tenant, for whatever reason, doesn't imply the reimbursement - even partial - of the price of the stay.

3. Respect for the surrounding area and the environment
The lodgings are no smoking.
The tenant undertakes to act respectfully towards inhabitants and the environment in general: fauna, flora, various fixtures, etc...
He promises to respect the curfew of 10 pm, while the neighbours don't agree to the request.

4. Dispute
In the absence of agreement between the parties, the venue for any dispute shall be the judicial district of Dinant-Philippeville (Belgium)
