This lovely casita is situated in a rural setting at 6 km from Coín and only a half hour drive to the beaches of Fuengirola (31 km) or Marbella. The house has recently been built and is equipped with good quality furniture and a neat kitchen. The private pool of 9x5m awaits you for a relaxing holiday!
Inside, it’s not big but it’s smartly furnished with all rooms on one floor. The living/dining room has a wood burning stove, TV, music equipment, video, DVD, 2 sofas, coffee table and dining table. The neat kitchen comes with a gas-hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and kitchen utensils.
A washing machine is located in the basement under the house. There is one double and one twin bedroom and a shower room with shower, WC and basin. The house is provided with air-conditioning in the living room, which will also be noticed in the bedrooms, connected directly to the living.

The outside areas include a spacious sun-terrace provided with sun loungers, patio furniture, a barbecue area and an attractive private swimming pool (9x5m). Adjacent to the house you’ll enjoy a charming veranda with dining table and countryside views.
The surrounding area of the house has recently planted orange trees, just one and half year old, so please don’t expect mature gardens here. There is enough parking space for two cars (outdoor) on its own plot. The location is very peaceful retreat yet only 10 minute drive from the town of Coin (6km) where you will find a decent selection of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Coin is also included in the Guadalhorce valley, with peaceful sceneries of great beauty with fruit orchards, vegetables and orange trees which coat the bottom of the valley in green. The beaches of Fuengirola, Marbella and Malaga can be reached within 30-45 minutes whilst the Antequera and Granada are an option for an interesting day-trip.
