The house has three self contained parts: two 1-bedroom units and one 2-bedroom unit. The furnishing of all units is in a rustic style, simple and friendly. 1-Bedroom units: Those units have a living/dining room and a small, open-plan kitchen on the ground floor. Both units are equipped with wood burning stove, television, 2 rings electric hob and microwave.
A double bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. In both units you will find a sofa bed that can be adapted for an additional person (on request, with supplement). 2-Bedroom units: This unit is situated on the first floor and has a living/dining room and a small, open-plan kitchen. This unit is equipped with an electric heater, television, 2 rings electric hob and microwave.
There is a double bedroom and a single bedroom with possibility to put an extra bed for the 8th person. There is a bathroom for shared us. Shared facilities: A well sized living/dining room for shared use opens on to the veranda terrace. There is also a covered outside kitchen that can be used for cooking if you prefer not to cook in your own unit.

This rustic property is located in the countryside at a 5 minutes drive of the village of Coin (1 km). An orange tree orchard surrounds the property. Its’ location makes this property a favorite for those who wish to discover Andalusia without driving o lot.
In just a half hour you can reach the city centre of Malaga, the beaches of Fuengirola or Marbella and some interesting villages in the surroundings. The cities of Ronda and Antequera are an hour drive from here.
For those who prefer to stay “at home”, a well sized and tempting pool awaits whilst the adjacent and shady terrace is an excellent place to take shelter from the midday sun. The pool/terrace area is provided with two bathrooms for shared use.
