The interior is simple but cared for and with all the rooms conveniently on one floor. The living room has an open fireplace and television (only Spanish channels), whilst the kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and oven. The three bedrooms offer space to 5 persons with a third bedroom with limited space. There is a complete bathroom with shower over tub. Please note: a supplement applies for the 5th person.

This rural house is situated at 3 km from Coín and for those who like a dip in the ocean, the Mediterranean is only a half hour drive away (35 km). The location of this cortijo is a little isolated, as it’s the last house of a cul-de-sac country road. At the same time, there are several fincas in the surroundings, all of them far enough to guarantee absolute privacy.
A spacious garden with fruit-bearing trees, a sun terrace and traditional shaded veranda are some features you will enjoy a lot. A built-in barbecue is provided for your alfresco meals. The private pool of 4x9 meter is a bit elevated from the ground and to be reached by a few steps
