This is a lovely villa with an excellent situation in the coastal town of Benajarafe: the beaches, shops and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk! You will enjoy beautiful sea-views from its' front terrace, splendid for outside dining or for a drink at night. Inside, furniture is simple in a rustic style. Note: summertime rentals only from 1st-15th or 16th-31st of July and August.
The property is divided in two units: on the lowest level you will find an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom, whilst the main house with 3 bedrooms is situated on a higher level. The interior of both units is simple, in a rustic style. The main house has a living room with open fireplace, sofa, 2 armchairs, color TV and video.
A half open dining room blends ambiance with the living room and comes with a dining table for 8 persons. The kitchen is provided with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and a washing-machine. The 3 bedrooms are twin bedded (i.e. 2 single beds in each bedroom). The master bedroom has TV and en suite bathroom whilst the other 2 bedrooms share a complete bathroom. The apartment is provided with two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, sharing a bathroom.
Please note that one of the bedrooms is very small and accesses the bathroom through the other bedroom, which makes the apartment best fit for 2 adults with 2 children.

Situated in a quiet residential area of Benajarafe, in the Málaga province, this villa enjoys very convenient situation. The beach is just a 5 minute walk down (250 mts), where you will also find a bakery, supermarket and restaurants. It’s also the ideal location for discovering the beautiful cities of Andalusia, like Málaga, Antequera or Granada.
From a quiet street, a bit up-hill, stairs lead up to a 2 bedroom apartment, with private entrance, terrace and sea views. The main house, with 3 bedrooms and situated on superior level, is provided with a sunny and ample terrace with splendid sea views on the front of the house and a shady patio with dining table and built-in barbecue on the back of the house.
From here, stairs lead up to a lovely garden with lawn, fruit trees and private swimming pool (8x4 meters). Two sun loungers are at your disposal. Adjacent to the pool is an area with a ping-pong table. Note: some noise may be heard from a nearby plot where a new villa is under construction.
