The villa is approximately 5 minutes drive from the town center of Alcaucín (3 km). Until a few years ago, time stood still here. Nowadays, the old center preserves its charm, with family run shops and local tapa bars.
The residential area where this villa is located offers some facilities such as bar and a pizza restaurant. In the area you will find features for all tastes: the beaches of Torre del Mar are just 25 km away while hikers, mountain climbers and nature lovers will find beautiful landscapes in the Montes de Málaga and the Sierra de Tejada.
The villa offers splendid panoramic views on the surrounding landscape and it has a private pool area with sun loungers. Imagine having dinner at the poolside with those views!
