A villa with an excellent situation, in Nerja’s prime residential area and looking out over Burriana beach and the Mediterranean. The accommodation is very spacious and luminous, with an extravagant, colorful decoration. The impressive living room has a high, arched ceiling and is provided with an open fireplace, 42 television with satellite reception, hifi-equipment and a bar corner with sitting area. The luxury kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and some additional gadgets like an espresso coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen, you find the dining room with colorful chairs.
The three double bedrooms are situated on the first floor, again decorated with a certain grade of extravagance. There are two full bathrooms, of which one is en suite, and a lavatory. A washing machine is installed in a utility room.

The villa is located in the residential Chimenea area and offers unbeatable views over Burriana Beach and the Mediterranean. The villa has an ideal and peaceful situation close to the center of Nerja (2 km) for an easy drive to the town. You can walk to the beach below (approx. 10 minutes, 600 meters via stairs or by elevator), where you will find a great variety of beach bars and restaurants. The south facing sun terrace is very private and has a tempting pool, a perfect setting to enjoy an alfresco meal.
A piece of lawned area is also available for those who wish to enjoy a quiet siesta in the shade of a palm tree. This is also the perfect destination for a day trip: visit the caves of Nerja with their prehistoric paintings, or the pretty village of Frigiliana. And if you miss city life, historic Granada is just a bit more than one hour drive away.
