Located in the heart of the quiet countryside in the Rio Seco area of Nerja and surrounded by avocado groves, this delightful villa is particularly pretty. Great care has been taken by the owners to decorate and furnish the villa in a charming local style using pine and attractive fabrics.
The attractive open-plan living area with fireplace and beamed ceiling makes you feel right at home. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen, equipped with 4 rings vitro hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A pretty double bedroom (safe in wardrobe) has an en suite shower room. A second bedroom has twin beds and there is a full bathroom. The facilities include satellite TV and a DVD-player.

You’ll be welcome by an attractive private pool (7x3m), complete with shower. The shaded patio to the front of the villa is the ideal place for a siesta whilst an attractive shaded BBQ area with built-in seating will convince you to stay at home for dinner!
The area is popular by hikers and horse riding stables nearby. For a day trip, there are many possibilities such as Granada or Malaga. The beaches of Nerja (3 km) are just a 5-10 minute drive. Please be aware that if the area experiences an excessive amount of rain there may be rare occasions, particularly in the early/late season, when access to the villa in a small car can be difficult: the track from the main road is 2.4 km and the last 100m is a dirt track.
