Secret Gardens may be easily converted into a wedding site or a conference facility by advance arrangement, or rented with Coral Gardens, to accommodate at total of 20 guests, and larger functions. During the Christmas/ New Years season, Secret Gardens is only available if also renting Coral Gardens. Please inquire for rates which apply to these special rentals. Smoking is not permitted indoors at this villa.
Note: Food and beverages are not included in the rate for this villa. Chef and/or extra maid services are available at an additional charge and by prior arrangement. For Thanksgiving , Christmas and New Year, Secret Gardens must be booked along with Coral Gardens.

*Payment Policy: 50% deposit immediately, and balance is due 60 days prior to travel.
*Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 45 days or more prior to travel will result in a 25% penalty. Cancellation 45 days or less prior to travel will result in a 100% penalty. If canceled dates are re-booked to another client, 70% of the nights re-booked will be refunded. We strongly recommends cancellation insurance.
*Security Deposit Policy: Security/ damage deposits are fully refundable, less appropriate charges, 60 - 90 days after your departure from the villa.
*Child Policy: Only children over the age of nine years strongly advised.
