The villa sits within its own beautifully landscaped garden, and a charming dining gazebo overlooks the beach and sea, ideal for al fresco dining. The interiors of Sea Isle are quite comfortable. The color scheme and furnishings are finished in light hues and offer an element of spacious to the house. The living room opens to a large enclosed veranda and dining area. There is also a delightful sitting room which overlooks the ocean.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms at Sea Isle, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds which can be pushed together on request. A variety of water sports are available at the end of the beach at Mullins Beach bar.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm holiday reservations and balances of payment must be received at least 60 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 45 days of travel may incur an Administrative Fee.
*Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to travel are subject to a 15% penalty. Reservations canceled 45 - 59 days prior to travel result in 30% penalty or forfeiture of deposit. Reservations canceled 45 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable. Payments for all holiday reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.
*Security Deposit Policy: The security deposit for this property is collected against any accidental damages or miscellaneous charges that may occur at the property and can be usually be refunded within 90 days after check-out. Telephone deposit refunds may be delayed due to local billing practices.
