Situated directly on one of the best sections of the famous Seven Mile Beach, the pristine white powdery sand and shimmering aqua waters beckon. This beautiful property offers a main villa and separate apartment, both with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The main villa features three bedrooms, one of which is decorated for children and fitted with two sets of bunk beds, as well as an entrance/ den area with a queen sofa bed. There are three full bathrooms, with the master offering a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, and in a separate utility room there is washer and dryer. A generous sized balcony facing the ocean is furnished with lounge chairs, table and a barbecue.
The one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is fitted with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa-bed, and is self-contained with a living/ dining area with cable television and VCR, and a kitchen which includes a microwave. There is a small patio furnished with lounge chairs. Adjacent to the main villa, there is a covered, freshwater swimming pool. Coral Reef is located in a quiet area, but only a short drive or walk to the main town of George Town, shopping, water sports, golf courses, restaurants and gyms.
Note: Smoking is not permitted at this property. A property manager is on-site. Food and beverages are not included in the rates. Food shopping, and babysitting services are available at additional charges and by prior arrangement. A minimum 5-night reservation is required during high season; a minimum 7-night reservation is required during low season. Please inquire for rates that apply to any 14-night minimum reservation over the Christmas/ New Years holidays. Rates apply to a maximum of 14 guests, including those accommodated by the sofa-beds.

*Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be received at least 45 days prior to travel. A 50% deposit is required to confirm holiday reservations and balances of payment must be received at least 60 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 45 days of travel may incur an Administrative Fee.
*Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled 30 days or more prior to travel are subject to penalty of 2 nights rent plus $100. Holiday reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to travel are subject to a penalty of 3 nights rent plus $100. With less than the required notice, partial refunds if the villa is re-rented for the entire period or with medical certificate showing a death/ fatal illness or severe injuries, etc. Otherwise, the deposit is held on file and can be used for a future stay at the same villa within a year, on condition that the villa is available and not sold.
