Two of these are master suites each fitted with a king bed and featuring a Jacuzzi bath in their en-suites. A third bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the remaining two are each fitted with twin beds.
The spacious tiled deck that surrounds the pool offers days of sun and leisure, and is ideal for all fresco dining. A cabana on the patio, equipped with a barbecue adjoins the pool area.
This luxurious home is within walking distance of water sports shops, two excellent restaurants and beach bars. Tennis courts, as well as ferry services to the golf courses and famous Seven Mile Beach. A grocery store, a few small shops and other restaurants are only a five minute drive away.

Maid, food shopping, and babysitting services are available at additional charges and by prior arrangement. A minimum 5-night reservation is required during high season; a minimum 7-night reservation is required during low season. Please inquire for rates that apply to any 14-night minimum reservation over the Christmas/ New Years holidays.

*Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be received at least 45 days prior to travel. A 50% deposit is required to confirm holiday reservations and balances of payment must be received at least 60 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 45 days of travel may incur an Administrative Fee.
*Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled 30 days or more prior to travel are subject to penalty of 2 nights rent plus $100. Holiday reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to travel are subject to a penalty of 3 nights rent plus $100. With less than the required notice, partial refunds if the villa is re-rented for the entire period or with medical certificate showing a death/ fatal illness or severe injuries, etc. Otherwise, the deposit is held on file and can be used for a future stay at the same villa within a year, on condition that the villa is available and not sold.
