Our villa in Agios Ioannis couldn't be better situated. A secluded house offering complete privacy, some little extra luxuries not often found in other accommodation and close enough to all local amenities.
The villa is in a fantastic location-close to everything including the beaches just four miles distant east and west. Just over a kilometer away is a large water-park, Aqualand. The village itself has a family taverna, 2 restaurants, several cafes and bars, a laundry and a mini-market.
There's plenty to do including golf, horse-riding, scuba diving and other water-sports within easy reach. We believe that our villa combines complete privacy with an ideal location to reach quickly all amenities.

* Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin. Extra sofa bed in the lounge.
* Washrooms: 1 bathroom/toilet, 1 shower room/toilet.
* Lounge: Spacious with ample seating, dining table, satellite TV, video, CD, audio, radio.
* Kitchen: Hob, microwave oven, washing machine, fan assisted oven, iron and board, toaster, fridge, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
* General: The property is fully centrally heated, has ceiling and free-standing fans, house linen, reading materials and maid service twice weekly.
* Outdoors: Patio adjoining house and pool, lawn and garden with mature fruit trees, pool-side shower, barbecue, swing, garden furniture and private parking.
* Additional: All towels provided (except beach towels), smoke alarms, fire-extinguishers.

We especially welcome walkers out of season. Corfu is a different world when the summer visitors depart: Empty beaches, gorgeous scenery and carefully described and mapped walks will captivate you.
