Villa Nela offers 12 comfortable and fully-equipped modern condos: three studio condos (2+1), three single bed condos (2+1), three double bed condos (4) and three extra size double bed condos (4+1).

Each condo in our three-floor villa has a magnificent, spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic.
All condos have air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen, telephone, satellite TV and bathroom with a hair dryer.
Location & Nearby Attractions:
Villa Nela is located in a small tourist resort Petrčane, just 12 km northwest of Zadar.
If coming from Zadar, just follow the road signs for Nin and Petrčane. After a ten-kilometer drive, you will reach a road sign for Petrčane, and then just follow the main road until you reach the Hotel Pinija car park. Turn left before the ramp and you will find Villa Nela right by the sea (Put 7).
