The villa is built on high ground for the maximum amount of privacy and air circulation, which is why the main living area of the house is on the second floor. There is also a tower and rooftop sunning deck with 360° views and great ocean breezes. Ideally situated on a narrow spit of land, this villa has a pool and is surrounded by the most beautiful colored water. The villa is a short two minute walk to the prestigious Taylor Bay Beach.
