Situated on the Sandy Lane Estate, Jamoon was designed, built and created by an Italian Interior Designer. It is a seven bedroom Etruscan Style Villa, each room with marble en-suite bathroom. The 16m outside play pool is specifically designed for guests to enjoy volleyball or badminton. There are front and back terraces and garden areas, a therapy room, an office and access to the property owner's private beach. The house also benefits from warm trade winds, perfect for yoga, outside dining or relaxing. This quiet, well appointed property, has a permanent staff of 10 who work together to ensure that your every need is met, from your yoga practice to your laundry.
The accommodation at this villa is classically elegant with large spaces of an exceptionally high quality. There are 7 rooms at this stunning private villa: 2 king size suites, 2 balcony/terrace queen size rooms and one twin with (all with marble bathroom and walk in wardrobe). There are a further 2 rooms (one twin, one queen size double) that interconnect sharing one bathroom which is perfect for friends or family members. The price structure for the villa is determined on the size of the rooms and a discount is offered to couples/ two friends booking.
This beautiful villa was designed and built by an interior designer. It has a deep pool which can also be used for pool badminton/volley ball, a therapy room, yoga space on the terrace and lovely gardens and spaces to get lost and found in! There is a permanent house staff of five who look after all guests rooms and all their needs, from laundry to food.
The food is all prepared by an in house chef and is produced locally, organically where possible. The diet is vegetarian with optional fish/chicken if requested at lunch and all dietary requirements are taken care of and individual needs are met. Our basic rules for cooking are that the food be delicious, wholesome and well presented - no alcohol, no animal fats, no sugar, little salt, no white flour, no processed foods and no dairy are used in preparation.
Location:
It is a 7 hour direct flight to Barbados Bridgetown airport (GMT -5 hours) with Virgin and British Airways among many others.

Activities: The villa is situated on the Old Nine golf course and is a two minute walk from the tennis courts. It is a five minute walk from the lovely private sandy lane beach area where there are sun-beds for villa guests. Trips to North Point, Oistins Fish Market, Bathsheba and the Graham Hall Nature Sanctuary are organized for guests throughout their stay and any reservations requested on the island can be made through the villa manager. There are many other activities to enjoy on Barbados that can be arranged, including Para sailing, Kite surfing, Surfing lessons, Jet skiing, water skiing/ wake boarding, private charters, catamaran cruises and helicopter trips.
Yoga: Twice daily group yoga classes are held on the outside covered terrace. The morning class is dynamic and the evening is relaxed. We provide group classes which are optional and our primary focus is understanding your own personal yoga and how to approach 'your' practice for personal balance as we do not believe that one size fits all. The one to one classes are a great way to really get to understand your body and progress intensively while under supervision as either a beginner or an advanced practitioner. The combination with yoga therapy is also highly effective for disease prevention and rehabilitation.
Therapies: Guests enjoy either a daily therapy or a one to one yoga lesson each day. The following choices of therapy are available: Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs, Ayurvedic consultation and massage (Abhyanga and Marma), Bowen therapy, Holsitic massage, Hydrotherapy, Craniosacral therapy, Naturopathy, Nutrition, Osteopathy, Reflexology, Thai massage and Yoga therapy. Once on retreat a thorough consultation is taken by a Naturopathic doctor (confidential) and all therapies, activities and one to one are included. Additional beauty therapies can be arranged at guests request.
