Located in the southwestern part of Georgia along the Chattahoochee River, Pine Ridge Hunting Plantation gives you the ultimate Georgia hunting experience! Our lodge and hunting properties are privately owned and operated, offering a quiet family atmosphere. We have 3000 acres of planted pines, hardwood bottoms, and farmland, all of which is hunted by our clients only. We have lived here all our lives and have farmed the land ourselves, so we have an intimate knowledge of the land and wildlife habits. We take great pride in our management practices that include selective harvesting and prescribed burning. In order to give the wildlife the nourishment they need to become healthy animals that we can enjoy for a lifetime, we plant large food plots in addition to our normal agriculture practices. These plots are planted with the same care that we put into our other crops.
Property amenities:
Most of our hunts include guide services, lodging, and great home-cooked meals. The lodge is a newly remodeled merchant’s home that was built around 1913 by Sam Engram. It has heart pine floors and 14 feet ceilings. We have filled it with antiques we have collected over the years. It has been modernized so that it has all the comforts of home. Upon request you may have a private room for your group(s). We have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so privacy isn’t an issue. Non-hunting guests are welcome as well. This is a great vacation for the whole family—not just the hunters. It is the perfect place to come and unwind. We offer good old fashion southern cooking which may include anything from fried chicken, to a slow cooked barbecue. We can also offer fresh seafood because of our proximity to the Gulf of Mexico.

Meadow Links is a Willard Byrd design 18 hole links-style course woven into the gently rolling countryside, giving each hole a breathtaking view of the surrounding woodlands. In 1998 Meadow Links was ranked as the “6th best new affordable public course” in the U.S. Combine this with Pine Ridge’s excellent meals and hospitality and you are on your way to having a getaway of a life time. Pine Ridge also has excellent fishing on the premises as well as only being 7 miles from Lake Walter F. George--a 43,000 acre reservoir located on the Chattahoochee River. So whether you want to golf, fish, or do both, we can accommodate your every need.

The hunter is responsible for all of his or her own clothing, firearms, and personal belongings. The hunter must also obey all Georgia hunting laws, regulations, and all instructions of the outfitter and guides. This is for your safety as well as ours. Any limit violation carries a $500 penalty fee. (Example: shooting a buck with less than 8 points)
