Property amenities:
Coyaba's rooms are furnished plantation-style with large french doors leading to private balconies. All four room categories vary in terms of view and size. Junior Suite rooms are larger than Deluxe rooms and have added sofa (sleeper) seating areas and mini - refrigerators. Connecting rooms are available in Junior Suite to Deluxe combinations. Rooms are situated on first, second and third floors-there are no elevators.

While M12368 is perfect for lounging, there are lots of things to do for those who just can't sit still. This section details available activities: those at M12368, those nearby, and a sampling of those which can be booked via our Tour Desk.

Tennis - M12368’s laykold court is available for guest use at no charge during the day (there is a nominal charge for lights at night). A free tennis clinic is held Mon - Sat (4-6 pm) by our visiting tennis pro. It’s a great way to meet your fellow guests and work up a sweat at the same time.

Fitness Room - Our open-aired fitness room is located on the western edge of the property. Available to our guests are treadmills, stepper, weight machine, rower and stationary bikes.

Water Sports - All on-property watersports are non-motorized to preserve the peaceful nature of our beach area. Available at no charge to our guests are: sunfish sailboat, pedalboat, kayaks, pool/beach floats, snorkeling equipment, and aqua-view kickboards. All other watersports activities are available nearby and can be accessed via the tour desk in our Lobby.

Policy:
Deposit & Cancellation Policy - A three night deposit is required in winter; one night deposit in summer. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, cancellation is required 14 days prior to scheduled arrival during winter period and 7 days prior during summer. Cancellation of 90 days prior to arrival is required for stays between December 23 and January 4. No deposit refund will be made in case of “no show”.

Minimum Stay - Holiday Restrictions - For stays including dates between December 23 and January 4, the following apply: minimum stay of five (5) nights, minimum age of twelve (12) years. New Year’s Eve Party not included in Meal Plans shown within.

Eight Days and Seven Nights: Includes Ocean Junior Suite accommodations for two, champagne and welcome gift on arrival, a la carte breakfast and dinner daily, choice of daytrip including transportation or one massage per person, unlimited tennis and clinics, afternoon tea daily, watersports and fitness room, reduced green fees at select courses.

Includes marriage officer, all certificates and licenses, tropical bridal bouquet and boutonniere, 36 pictures including negatives, two-tiered wedding cake, live calypso serenade. Bottle of champagne and private candlelit dinner for two on wedding night, and special M12368 wedding gift.

Parents Paradise Package:

Five Days/Four Nights: Best suited for families with young children. Includes two connecting luxury rooms, welcome family gift, ten hours nanny service (per stay), unlimited kid’s movie rentals throughout stay, daily breakfast and afternoon tea, unlimited tennis, watersports, fitness room, and reduced greens fees at nearby courses.
