Policy:
$US Dollars are quoted at a static rate of approximately $0.85 per $Canadian Dollar.

Our policy is to charge the Canadian Dollar amount which will be converted by your credit card company to your country's currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

To provide you with an intimate natural non-commercial experience, the number of guests is limited to six (6). Thus, we request a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.

Any monies are 100% refundable 90 days prior to your reserved date of arrival. Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis after that time.

To avoid vacation cancellation and/or interruption, cancellation insurance is recommended. Your travel agent may assist you with your insurance needs.

Our season runs from mid-April to mid-October annually.

For guest safety and protection physical activities are facilitated by BCRPA certified fitness professional: Professional ethics require fully-hosted guests to complete a brief "Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire" (PAR-Q). The PAR-Q has been developed by the fitness industry as a way to determine your readiness for physical activity, and it will be provided for your completion prior to confirmation of your reservation.

All guests are required to sign a liability waiver and release before commencing their eco program.

We are committed to the environment at Kw'o:kw'e:hala eco retreat. We ask that you observe and protect the environment by following our guidelines throughout your stay.

Open flames of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the 7 acres, except as provided by the Cruise Directors under close attention. Use of tobacco products is discouraged given fire concerns and in consideration of other guests.

Our facility is adult only unless the entire property is privately booked by one party in which case children are welcome with appropriate supervision.

We like to make sure that people with allergies or fear of animals are aware that there is a resident big black lab and a resident cat. Both are well-trained but they, nonetheless, are animals.

Shelter from the Storm: all-inclusive, fully-hosted packages from 3 days to 7 days. Includes all gourmet meals, beverages, and snacks; activities (hiking, cycling, yoga-pilates-stretch-relaxation), unique, separate cabin/cottage facilities, mindful, creative pursuits, full access to all spa facilities: from $133.00 USD per person per night.

Lay Down Sally, enhanced bed and breakfast including unique, separate cabin/cottage, gourmet breakfast, limited access to spa facilities. From $145 per cabin per night.

Spa Package - All the benefits of our Shelter from the Storm package including enhanced authentic Finnish sauna instruction, massage by Registered Massage Therapist, and healing treatment by local Intuitive Healer. Add $170 USD per person to Shelter from the Storm package.

Alpine Wildflower tour July 20, 2007 - Outstanding opportunity to view alpine wildflowers in peak bloom at Manning Provincial Park fully guided by local Naturalist. Add $85 USD to any package.

Native Art and Craft package May 26, June 23, 2007 - exclusive workshop by Harvey Robinson of the Raven Clan will guide you the making of a Native Cedar Basket, or a Native Cedar Sun Hat: from the tree to the finished useable art piece. Add $85USD to any package.
