Rolling hills, creek bottoms, native prairie, shelter belts and food plots create an ideal habitat for an abundance of wildlife including pheasant, grouse, geese, deer and coyote. Guided hunts with trained dogs provide an exceptional hunting experience that is sure to please any sportsman. We offer all-inclusive guided hunting package’s with lodging right on location. Property amenities:
Gann Valley Ranch can comfortably accommodate up to 12 over-night guests. The lodging consists of a recently renovated farm house that provides a spectacular view of the South Dakota Prairie. Kennels are also available for your dogs.
Typical Hunting Day:
* Morning breakfast
* 10am - 12pm - Head out to the field
* 1pm - Lunch served either out in the field or back at the Ranch
* 2pm - Back out for the Hunt
* 7pm - Return back to the Ranch for Supper
* After supper, sit back - Relax and enjoy the nice quiet SD evening!

We offer guided fishing on the Missouri River, a short drive from Gann Valley Ranch. The Missouri River is known for tasty walleye’s and feisty small mouth bass. You will be fishing out of either a 21’ Ranger boat, or a 17’ Warrior. All fishing tackle and bait is provided. Join us in scenic Buffalo County, located in the center of South Dakota, Pheasant Capital of the world. Experience one of the greatest pheasant hunts you will ever imagine! 2000 acres of rolling hills, native prairie, corn, sorghum, milo, CRP, food plots, tree strips, grassland, and shelter belts.
