M12318 is located in the quiet area of the historic town of Banff. The hotel was originally the Fife Estates factor's house and many of the original features have been retained.
The hotel is renowned throughout the North east of Scotland for its wedding function facilities and can accommodate up to 250 guests for formal functions and up to 350 for special cabaret party nights.
