Most villas are around 30 to 40 minutes from the international airport.
Policy:
Villa rental rates are on a per night basis.
Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, with check-out by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
Many villa owners require a 7 night minimum stay and sometimes two weeks or longer during the Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Easter or Summer holidays.
Payment of a 35% Rental Deposit together with the completed Guest Reservation Form must be received before a Confirmation can be issued.
A US$50 administration fee will be charged for any change of booking after a Confirmation has been issued.
Changes cannot be made later than 45 days before arrival, and acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the villa's owner.
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposit(s) and payments made.
