Cancellation within 15-30 days of arrival, 50% of full accommodation account will be levied.
Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival, the full accommodation account will be levied.
In the event of premature departure, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
Refunds of money paid for bookings are at the discretion of Management and are dependent on ability to re-let rooms.
We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome at The Long Beach. Those under 7 years old sharing a room with parents pay 25% of the room rack rate (limited to two children). Those over 8 years old sharing a separate room pay full room rate.
Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Late departure to be discussed with management.
