Wilson’s Sporting Camps offers Atlantic salmon fishing on the famous Miramichi River in New Brunswick. For almost a century and a half the Wilson family has been in the business of providing great Atlantic Salmon fly fishing, hunting and outdoors adventure to discriminating clients from around the world. We are located in the Miramichi River valley of New Brunswick, one of the most scenically beautiful places in Canada. A pristine, “just as God made it” place that offers some of the finest Atlantic Salmon fly-fishing and wing shooting on the North American continent.
The Miramichi is known as "the mother of all salmon rivers" for hosting the largest runs in the world of Atlantic salmon, "the king of game fish". Wilson’s owns and leases more private water on the Miramichi than any other outfitter or individual - a total of 16 pools, many of then among the rivers finest, which means that we can provide our clients with Atlantic Salmon fishing virtually unmatched for variety and quality in all of Atlantic Canada.

If you’re in the need of staying "in touch" electronically there is easy access through computers, fax machine, and telephone service, mind you this is hardly used because you’re having the time of your life fishing, hunting or enjoying the wilderness surrounding you.
The dining-room where all of our home cooked meals are made, not to mention the smell and taste of the mouth watering flavors of our cook outs over open fire, to a slice of a secret homemade bread recipe that has been passed down through generations, which will go along side with the fares of the day which could include beef, pork, chicken, and juicy steak to name a few. If there are any special dietary restrictions please let us know and we will do our best here at Wilson’s to accommodate any special needs.
Our cabins are a "home away from home" with a four star Canada Select rating; picturesque views of the river and country decor where you feel like just sitting back on the porch and watch the fish jump, the sun set in a blaze of color, and the birds are chirping your song. We have 7 cabins in total that will accommodate up to 22 people. A warm and welcoming mood awaits you here. Not only does this cabin offer a spectacular view of the river below but it also offers such amenities as housekeeping, air-conditioning, microwave, comfy bedding, dishes, screened veranda, BBQ pit, and a BBQ.

FALL BROOK FALLS - The highest waterfall in New Brunswick! Come and enjoy this magnificent untouched wonder of glittering sun touched rainbows, and a thick flora of colorful plants and flowers. A guide will transport you to the beginning of the trail, take you along the wonderful trail to the waterfall, and set up and enjoy a homemade picnic for two or more. While experiencing this amazing opportunity there will be an excess of birds and wildlife.
MOUNTAIN BIKING & HIKING - One of New Brunswick’s finest hiking and biking trails (Sentier Trail) is located just along side of Wilson’s. Enjoy a leisurely guided hike or a guided biking tour. All tours are provided with interpretation of the history of the Miramichi, fauna and natural wildlife that inhabits the area.
GOLFING - Old Mill Pond Golf and Country Club is located in the heart of Doaktown, New Brunswick. A family owned and operated business that offers a nine hole course which will test your abilities as a golfer. Well maintained and groomed the club offers amenities such as full service club, pro shop, cart rentals, and driving range.
CANOE TRIPS - You don’t have to just use a canoe for fishing, one of the favorite pastimes here at Wilson’s is a lazy summer day paddling along the river watching the wildlife on the shores of the Miramichi River. Now that’s living the life. Life on the river epitomizes how we share out history and culture in this unique region. Not only are there colorful stories to tell while paddling, but some of the most awe inspiring scenery around.

Require a 25% deposit per person. Non-refundable. The balance due on the # of days booked must be paid in full upon arrival. Cancellation policy, if you do not find a replacement for the time booked then you will be charged 1/2 of the total amount due.
