The Black Hills Wellness Center offers 13 and 20-day lifestyle programs that are tailored to the specific needs of guests. Many choose to stay longer than the scheduled programs for further benefit. The staff consists of doctors, nurses, an exercise physiologist, a nutritionist, a physical therapist, massage therapists, hydro therapists, certified nurses, assistants, and a counselor.

Whether it is muscle imbalance, muscle weakness or just overall strengthening that you need we will include one-on-one workouts that are tailor-made just for you.

We take a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. Our minimum stay is 6-days. Check-in is the first day of the program by 2:00 PM. There is absolutely no smoking, alcohol, or coffee. Children and pets can be brought by special arrangement only. Due to our commitment to reserving a room, and the fact that we cannot fill it if a person leaves early. There are no refunds.
