* Reservations Confirmation: Confirmation of arrival and departure details will be made by letter or e-mail on booking.
* Program Times: Check in is at 2.00pm on confirmed date of arrival and departure is at 11.00am.
* Transfers: Transfers can be arranged on booking. Transfers are complimentary for interstate & overseas visitors staying for 5 days or more, departing in the afternoon from the Radisson Playford Hotel on North Terrace Adelaide or from Adelaide Airport. Transfers are available with fee depending on location, to other guests on request.
* Deposits: Deposit of 50% is required when making reservation in order to confirm your booking. We accept cheque, credit card, money order and cash payments. Balance of payment is to be made 14 days prior to arrival. Any additional items purchased during your stay must be finalized prior to departure, cheque, credit card and EFTPOS facilities are available.
* Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance or your arrival may be transferred and used within 12 months of original arrival date. Cancellations received within 14 days of planned arrival date will result in your deposit being withheld.
