Beach House Bed & Breakfast is an English owned and run countryside home situated on the beautiful Kingston Peninsula in New Brunswick, Canada. Named after the first Loyalist owners of the property in 1784 David & William Beach - It’s a remarkable place - a home away from home where you can relax in the peaceful ambience of a rural setting with spectacular all round views. It’s where you can forget about work and stress as you paddle along the beautiful Kingston Creek. It’s where your cares are left behind as you cycle our rural roads.
Property amenities:
Three beautiful guestrooms are available in the main house; all with en suite or private baths we can cater for up to 8 people. We also have a fully furnished and equipped luxury self-contained apartment which can accommodate up to 4/5 people. This consists of a sizeable open plan living room, kitchen and dining area complete with all appliances, ample seating, a comfortable double-sized futon for one or two extra guests plus a single fold up cot. A bedroom with queen-size bed and plenty of closet space. There is also a door leading to the balcony where you can enjoy one of the most spectacular views on the peninsula. BBQ and outdoor dining area. An attractive bathroom with shower/tub, toilet and basin add to the comfort of the property.
Other facilities include Satellite TV, VCR, CD Player, hairdryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge with freezer section, microwave, washer and dryer.

There is lots to do around Kingston. In addition to exploring nearby Saint John, you can bike our roads, take a river cruise, go canoeing, hunt for fiddleheads (a delicious Maritime spring-time treat), hike along lonely rural roads, discover the local bird life, explore pottery and craft stores, discover wonderful goodies at the two local farmers markets, rub some ancient gravestones, visit a museum, explore a sugar maple farm, hike through blueberry fields, sit at the riverside and watch beavers at work, or enjoy a spot of tea at a heritage tea house! For those who plan to stay longer, don’t pass up the opportunity to take one of Freeman Patterson’s famed photography workshops.

just a short scenic drive and 7 minute cable ferry ride from Saint John, New Brunswick.
Policy:
-Children - we are sorry but we are not equipped to cater for children under 12.
-Smoking – under the terms of our insurance coverage and to respect other guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house.
-Pets -pets are not permitted in rooms. We do have a kennel and run, fenced garden plus the garage, all of which are all available for our four-legged visitors.
-Check in times - between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Other times by arrangement.
-Check out time - by 11:00 a.m.
-Payment may be made by either cash, cheque or travelers cheque.
-A 50% deposit or one night’s stay is required (whichever is greater) at time of reservation.
-Full refund will be given (less a 25% administration fee) provided a minimum 7 days notice of cancellation is received.
-If notice of cancellation is less than 7 days then deposit will not be refunded unless the room can be rebooked (administration fee of 25% will be deducted).
