"Il Geranio" is a two levels independent building of about 1.000 sq. ft. of covered surface with about 250 sq. ft. of terrace. the etrance is on Vittorio Emanuele III. This apartment is composed as follows: entrance with walk-in closet, ancient stone staircase leading to the first floor composed as follows: living room with fireplace and sofa sleeper for 2, double bed bedroom, through an arch we enter the dining room with kitchen, and a full bathroom. By a second staircase we climb to the second floor and enter a second double bed bedroom with private bathroom or we can exit directly onto the cozy terrace. "Il Geranio" has wooden beams ceilings and beautiful traditional "Pietra Leccese" stone flooring, heating and air conditioning. Original doors and windows have been restored or replaced with accurate reproductions when repair wasn't possible. All rooms have nice wall closets with gracious furnishing in decor with antiques, antique reproductions, rugs, etc.
