From this one-bedroom luxury apartment, you look out on a charming tree-lined square filled with restaurants, wine bars and tea salons. The building dates from the 18th century, and the rooms, decorated in the Louis Philippe style, feature hand-hewn, exposed-beam ceilings and parquet floors. The apartment is air-conditioned, and is located in the heart of the Marais, across the street from the Hôtel de Ville and one block from the Metro. It's a short walk to the many attractions of the Marais, as well as the Seine, the Left Bank and the Pompidou Center. A beautifully renovated modern kitchen opens up to the dining-living room through an arched door and a bar. The light-filled living-room with parquet floors is furnished with air-conditioning, a comfortable sofa-bed for two guests. The spacious bathroom is fully renovated to provide a large bathtub with shower, generous counter-space, an elegant sink, and a combination washer/dryer with folding table. A telephone with answering service, cable TV, high-speed Internet connection (you supply the computer), VCR, and stereo with CD player are provided.

Policy:
Please provide as much detail as possible about your party and your dates, so we can be sure our apartment fully meets your requirements. Tell us the number of nights you wish to stay in the apartment, and the day that you will be departing the apartment.
RENTAL PERIOD: The minimum rental period for all our apartments is one week (7 nights).
CONFIRMATION: Once we have received your request, we will inform you by email whether the apartment is available and if so the total rental amount. To book the apartment, please fill out the form on the right, to which we will respond with detailed confirmation of:
your date of arrival
your date of departure
your number of nights in the apartment
the rental amount
PAYMENT: Payment of the rental deposit secures your reservation, and is due when you book. The apartment will be held for you up to 72 hours. Please note that your apartment rental is not confirmed until we receive your deposit(!) The balance of the rental amount is due on or before 30 days prior to arrival, as is the security deposit (see below). All amounts may be paid by check or by wire transfer. If the booking occurs within 30 days of arrival, the entire rental amount (rental deposit and rental balance) plus security deposit is due immediately.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of US $800 is payable with the final rental payment on or before 30 days prior to occupancy. It will be refunded within 4 weeks following your departure, assuming there is no loss or damage to the premises, or unauthorized expenses. A $50 cleaning charge will be deducted if the apartment is not in a normal state of cleanliness upon your departure.
AGREEMENT: When we have received your rental deposit amount, we will fax you a signed rental agreement (see rental agreement) as receipt. We ask that you sign and date the agreement and fax it back to us.
Please note that no agreement is in effect until we have received a rental deposit and a signed agreement.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a cancellation 45 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund 1/2 of the rental deposit. We do not refund monies for cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival date. We strongly advise that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
NO EXTRA FEES:The rental fee includes all utilities (electricity, water, garbage collection, heating, and unlimited local telephone service), building maintenance, cleaning for your arrival and after your departure, bedding & towels, and all relevant taxes.
