The holiday apartment has been tastefully refurbished mid 2007, to combine the art deco style and modern comfort. It has French classic wooden floors through out all rooms (oak in all rooms; bamboo in the bathrooms). The kitchen floor is tiled. The entrance hall is 17 sq m and links the double living room to the dining room, creating a very light and pleasant reception volume spanning more than 15 meters and with through light.
The 40 square meters double living room has two windows (each with a balcony) facing the quiet rue des Renaudes. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, several armchairs, a 50 inch flat TV plasma screen, a DVD player, a Sony home cinema system, an additional hi-fi system, a comprehensive bookcase with more than 600 DVDs and 1000 books (French, English, German…). The 23 square meters dining room has a window (with balcony) facing South West into the courtyard and is furnished with a dining table fitting easily 8 people.
The master bedroom with queen-size bed has 4 windows letting morning sun in and an en-suite bathroom with shower and basin with a tech worktop. A corridor with ample storage closets leads to the second bathroom, the dressing room and the two further bedrooms. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are similar to each other with a window (with balcony) facing the courtyard and a queen size bed. Please note that one accesses bedroom 3 through bedroom 2. The library part of the double living room can be closed off and turned into a 4th bedroom with the sofa bed.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
This charming Paris holiday apartment is located in a very quiet street close to the avenue des Ternes, a few steps away from the Place de l’Etoile, the Arc de Triomphe and the beginning of the avenue des Champs Elysées, and the rue du Faubourg St Honore and the Russian Cathedral of Paris.
Behind of the Avenue, you will discover small and chic streets with very select bars and restaurants. There is a very nice open market once a week rue Bayen and all week long rue Poncelet around the corner. The area thrives with stores and shops of all kind, from upmarket antiques to electronics (Fnac, Darty, Sony) to clothes (Gap, DPAM, Lacoste), to shoes (Weston, Church etc) to food (patisseries, Paul, Hediard, Allosse – allegedly the best cheese monger in Paris - supermarkets). Music halls (salle Pleyel, sale Wagram), theaters - everything is available within a few 100 meters.
