Our apartment Angelica is a very private place; windows overlook the inner courtyard, thus no street noise. It was completely renovated in 2008. The studio sleeps two on a regular double bed that is new and very comfortable. From the anywhere in the studio you have full control over the air conditioning unit mounted near the window with the hand remote. There is lots of storage, a separate bathroom, newly renovated with Jacuzzi tub. Separate kitchen is a great place to have your breakfast or dinner.

Safe and secure location in the center of the city, 1 minute from Deribasovskaya Street (main city street), 5-6 restaurants and 2 pharmacies on the same block.
Policy:
- Booking terms and conditions: To confirm your reservation you must send a one night deposit that will be counted towards your total payment. The deposit is required to hold an apartment.Full payment in advance is required for holidays. Please, discuss methods of payment with our manager.In case, if the date of checking in or checking out is changed we will cancel reservation without any compensation. If you cancel reservation, all deposits paid to date are non-refundable. Dates of reservation cannot be transferred.There will be no refund for early departures. The remaining balance due upon arrival (no exceptions).
- Services provided: housecleaning with fresh linen/towels every 7 days,utensils, electricity, hot and cold water, high-speed internet, Satellite TV, AC control.
- Cancellation policies: If your cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded.Please, contact our manager as soon as your plans change. We will try to find a satisfactory solution for both of us. Many agencies, even after receiving payment, do not reserve the actual unit so they have no financial risk if you do not show. In those cases, you most likely will not be staying in the unit of your choice - this is a common practice of our competitors and another reason why clients choose our service.
- Check-in: Check-in time - 13:00. Early check-in is available by arrangement only. During check-in our manager will meet you in the apartment, fill in all necessary documents and give you the key from the apartment. Please, remember, that the balance is due upon arrival. Late check-out can be arranged. Guest shall inspect the Premises, furnishings, amenities, appliances, fixtures, plumbing, heating and electrical systems, with manager at time of check-in. Guest shall notify manager at check-in if Guest has found any of the above items not to be in good working condition. Guests shall comply with all obligations imposed upon them by applicable provisions of building, housing, and health codes; maintain the Premises in good condition during the entire length of this Agreement and shall neither cause nor allow any abuse of the Premises therein. Costs to repair, replace or rebuild any portion of the Premises or above items which are damaged by Guest, shall be deducted from security deposit that has to be paid during check-in.
- Check-out: Check-out time - 12:00. Early or late check outs may be made with the discretion of the management, however, adequate notice must be given and MUST be authorized in advance. Subject to space availability, it is permissible to increase the duration of stay with short notice, but it is not permissible to decrease the duration of stay. At the time of check-out our manager will return your security deposit if there is no damage to the apartment and take the keys from you.
