The bedroom has a built-in wall wardrobe and a (140 cm wide) double bed. The bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bath with a hand held shower head, and a separate toilet with “sanibroyeur” and a bidet. The 12m² bedroom has two windows with exterior shades. It is furnished with two (90 cm wide) single beds, a large armchair, a phone and a large built-in wall wardrobe.
The 9m² bedroom has a window with a small balcony and an exterior shade. It has a built-in wall wardrobe and a (140 cm wide) double bed. The separate bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bath with a wall-mounted shower head and a washing machine.
The separate eat-in kitchen has a window with a small balcony. It is equipped with a fridge, a separate freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, a cooker hood, four gas burners, a stainless-steel sink, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has all the utensils.
Heating and water heater are individual with gas. A maid service is available upon request, to be paid for by the tenant according to use. The nearest metro station are St Michel, Odeon Line 4 and 10 and St Michel RER B.
