The place is located literally facing the Trevi Fountain, in the the Trevi district.
Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso, Via dei Condotti, the Borghese Park and Gallery Museums: all of these sites, plus many other more, are within walking distance from the apartment. The A-line subway stop 'Barberini' is at 500meters from the place.
The neighborhood Trevi is the rione II of Rome. The origin of its name is not clear, yet, but the most accepted possibility is that it comes from the Latin trivium (meaning "three streets"), because there were three streets all leading to "Piazza dei Crociferi", a square next to the modern Trevi square. According to a different theory, Trevi comes from the name of the site where the water of the Aqua Virgo sprung from during the Middle Ages. In fact, the original ancient springs of this aqueduct had been abandoned in favour of others, whose place was named Trebium. Its logo is made of three swords on a red background.
The main spot of the district is one of Rome's symbols, which receives the daily visit of thousands of tourists from all over the world: the Trevi Fountain.

- The whole balance will be collected only once you are here with us, most preferably in cash or travelers cheques.
* Cancellation Policies:
- For cancellations occurring until three weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, no fee will be demanded;
- For cancellations occurring after that date, a one night stay will be charged, according to international laws on room bookings;
- However, we are quite flexible on this policy, and try to evaluate at first the reasons of the cancellations.
