The apartment has a nice living room and bedroom. The living-room has everything you need to have a restful time, it features a comfortable pull-out sofa with two arm chairs, little table in the middle of the room and a TV set with satellite TV. The bedroom has a big wooden queen-sized bed, two bedside-tables and chairs. A snow white kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, micro-wave, kettle, so if you are fond of cooking this is the place for you. The beautifully tiled bathroom has heated floors making it even more comfortable. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the Kremlin and Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Early in the morning if you open the windows you’ll hear the bells tolling from the street. The best cafes in the area are “Tarelka” – Gogolevskiy Boulevard 5/2, “Dvorik na Gogolevskom” café - Gogolevskiy Boulevard 4, “Buffet” - Maliy Afanas’evskiy side-street 14/2. If you want to spend your free time in the restaurant, we can recommend you the following: “Grand Imperial” (Gagarinskiy side-street, 9/5) a bit expensive, but it’s worth visiting, as it has the atmosphere of Pre-revolutionary Russia; “Monomah” restaurant of Russian cuisine (Soymonovskiy proezd, 7); Stariy Svet” restaurant of European cuisine (Gogolevskiy Boulevard, 14). If you want to buy groceries, you can visit the 24 hours shop with the sign “Producti”, which is situated right across the street from your apartment (Bol. Afanasievskiy side-street 16/8). Nearest bank is called “Rossel’hoz Bank”, and can offer currency exchange and has an ATM. The nearest metro station is “Kropotkinskaya” just a 2 minute walk away from your apartment. In the evening, when you get tired of all these busy places, return to Bol’shoy Afanas’evskiy lane. The area around Arbat is much calmer, and as your apartment is situated in the Kropotkinskaya area (towards the south from Arbat) you have a wonderful chance to see some interesting houses, to wander in complete silence, visit the Church of Christ the Savior (the largest cathedral in Russia) or the Pushkin Museum. You’ll surely enjoy staying at our apartment.

Moreover, this enchanting pedestrian street also possesses a striking selection of café’s, restaurants and bars. For vacation apartments, if the USER cancels his or her reservation up to 14 days before check in, the USER’s money will be refunded minus a 50 EURO cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A refund will not be made for non-refundable extra services according to these terms and conditions. A cancellation charge equal to 2 nights accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 14 days or less of check in or if the USER fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 2 nights accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the USER moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the USER’s reserved departure time.
