Cancellation policy
- A booking is canceled by the guest less than seven (7) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival, the guest is to be subject to penalty amounted to 1 night’s rate.
- If guest leaves earlier than it was agreed before, the total amount of his stay is recalculated depending on the period of his stay and guest will be charged penalties at the amount of one additional night.
- Check-in: 13:00 / Check-out: 11:00.

- 1 - 6 nights: 1 night's rate
- 7 - 30 nights: 3 nights rate
- 1 month and more: 40% out of total amount of stays rate and further up to sublease agreement conditions
