Policy:
A security deposit of 100 euro (or $100) in cash should be made by the Client as a monetary guarantee of abidance to the terms and conditions. The security deposit will be returned to the client after return of the premises keys to the Company's offices or a Company's representative. In the event that damage is caused to the premises, its equipment, furniture or other fixtures, the cost of repair will be deducted from the security deposit and balance returned to the Client. If damage is found after the Client’s check out, the Client will be held liable for compensating the Company for the full cost of the damage.
If the user cancels his or her reservation up to 14 days before check in, the users money will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A refund will not be made for non-refundable extra services according to these terms and conditions. A cancellation charge equal to 2 nights accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 14 days or less of check in or if the USER fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 2 nights accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the user moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the user’s reserved departure time.

- Minimum stay is 3 nights.
