The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometers from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany and taking the train you can be in the heart of Florence in about half an hour. Being in the center of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia...and the shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most important Made Italy fashion brands of the Made in Italy, such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G.

The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine. Supermarket, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, and a nice restaurant are in laterina only 2.5 km from the house. More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.

The train station to go to Florence is 7 km from the house with free parking , all our guests have appreciated very much this facility, since it allows to visit Florence ( even every day ) and come back in the evening and relax in the quiet surrounding of our house. Open air markets in every small town or villages in the area every day of the week but Sunday.

Terme Rapolano: Is a SPA where it is possible to spend a relaxing day, which includes massages and beauty treatments, there are also three big swimming pools with thermal natural water (38°). Ideal for trekking holiday, tennis court 10 min drive, Golf course (18 hotels) 30 min drive, stable 20 min drive, fishing 50 mt.

Policy:
A deposit of 30% (thirty per cent) of the total amount due must be sent immediately on receipt of our booking confirmation. The balance must be paid at least 45 days before the start of the lease. In the case of a confirmation being issued within 45 days of the lease starting date then the whole amount due must be paid.

On the high season(July and August) change over day only Saturday, minimum stay 7 nights. Others months maximum flexibility, min.stay 3 nights.

Price Excludes:
- Caution deposit (€ 200,00 to be paid on cash, upon the day of arrival and given back on the departure day),
- Mandatory final cleaning fee= € 16,00 per person (Babies up to three years do not pay cleaning fees),
- Heating (when needed and allowed, usually from mid October to middle March) is forfeited at € 9,00/day,
- Baby cot, high chair, extra bed are supplied free of charge.

On your arrival will find in each unit a basic supply for the house, that is: mineral water, sugar, coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, spices, dish soap, multi use detergents, garbage bags, toilet papers, and a welcome surprise.
