The fully-equipped kitchen consists of a large refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker, coffee-maker, all kitchen utensils needed for cooking. There are bar with 2 bar chairs at the kitchen, ideal for breakfast. All windows look to the small quiet yard. Total area: 55 sq.m. Maximal persons - 2-4. 3d floor without elevator.

The apartment is located in the very heart of Kiev, Malaya Zhitomirskaya street 15. It will be ideal place for the tourists as it is located near the central Independence sq., in a three minutes for a walk. Near to apartment there are Mikhaylovskiy and Sofievskiy cathedrals. You will live in a modern apartment and at the same time you can imaging yourself in a historic place at the beginning of 20 century. It is a historic building with the unique wood front staircase which was conserved to the present time. Yard entrance to the building (through arc). Coded lock porch entrance. This historical building located only few steps from the Mc`Donalds, shopping center "Globus", central subway station "Maydan Nezalezhnosti", Kreschatik street, banks, ATM, shops.
Policy:
- Apartment is considered booked after the deposit is received (equivalent to one night stay if your reservation term is less than 7 nights; equivalent to two nights stay if your reservation term is more then 7 nights; equivalent to three nights stay if your reservation term is more then 14 nights; 20% of total payment if your reservation term is more then 20 nights).
- For deposit payment we accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard, on-line) or other payment methods.
- Full balance rent should be paid upon check in by cash.
- Cancellation policy: deposit will not be refunded.
- Check-in from 14:00, Check-out till 12:00.
- Late check out (before 6pm) is charged as half daily apartment cost, after 6pm as a full daily apartment cost.
- Early check in is charged as the full daily apartment cost.
- Reception address: 20 Malaya Zhitomirskaya Street, 1st floor, office 31, code 16. Reception opening hours: from 9am till 9pm. Late check-in is possible with ordering our transfer services or arranging the keys pickup till 9pm.
- Cleaning services, fresh bed linens and towels every three nights are free of charge.
